Developed by Sensei Keyes, MartialFit is a fitness program based on martial arts and incorporating elements of Yoga and Pilates for a well-rounded workout that includes cardio, flexibility and core strength training. With his unique understanding of body dynamics, Sensei Keyes teaches students in the MartialFit class how to move their bodies in the most effective manner possible and in a way which keeps the joints safe and prevents injury.
