Meditation is an attempt to get beyond the active mind into a calmer state of relaxation and awareness. We offer a sitting meditation session once a week. Come and sit with us and meditate, leave feeling more relaxed and calm. Each time you come you will leave feeling better than when you came in.
These sessions are for donation only and all are welcome. Donations will be given to a local charity.
