Set personal goals for yourself and work to surpass them. Fitness is not a competition with others, it is a competition with yourself to become better than you were yesterday. Surround yourself with people on the same journey as you and with the same goals. Let them inspire you, motivate you and help you along your journey to better health and in return, become an inspiration to them. When it comes down to it, everyone has the potential to improve themselves. Be someone who is always trying to improve!

In this photo, one of our staff members flexes and shows off her muscles. We live by the above philosophy and lead by example. We work hard to better ourselves and be an inspiration to those around us as do our students! If you want to be your best, be around those that are their best!

The way someone else looks or the amount of push-ups a person next to you can do has no relevance to your fitness level. If they can do more push-ups than you, you can allow that to make you jealous and feel bad about yourself or you can let it inspire you and motivate you. The choice is yours.

Our students are successful because they are surrounded by other like minded individuals who motivate and inspire each other. Our school has a positive and friendly environment where we help one another to be our best. There is no competition among our students, but there is positive encouragement and support for each other. The real competition is always with ourselves. If you are looking to be your best, be around people who will help you get there. If you want to benefit and grow as an individual, improve your fitness and learn martial arts at a very high level of expertise, you’ve got to be here!
